Designed as a pair of luxurious yet budget-conscious residences, this side-by-side duplex development was conceived to present as a single elegant family home. The brief called for high-end sophistication within a practical framework, achieved through considered planning and a refined architectural approach.
From the street, subtle detailing and deliberate landscaping disguise the dual entrances, creating the impression of one cohesive dwelling. Beneath, a shared basement entry and parking efficiently maximise the site’s potential while maintaining privacy and luxury for each residence. Individual access from the basement reveals an indulgent retreat — complete with a cinema room, gym, wine cellar, bathroom, and laundry, all finished in rich marble and oak.
The soft, curved entry wall leads into a light-filled foyer and office opening to a private courtyard. The split-level ground floor follows the natural slope of the site, connecting seamlessly to open-plan living, dining, and kitchen areas. Oak-lined ceilings and expansive glazing draw the outdoors in, framing views to the entertaining terrace and spa.
A sculptural steel and timber staircase anchors the interior highlighted by a full-length skylight above. Throughout, marble surfaces and American oak detailing bring warmth and timeless elegance to this refined urban development.
