Inside, skylights draw daylight deep into the stairwell, while living areas open northwards to a generous deck, pool, and garden—spaces designed to celebrate both relaxation and entertaining.

The architecture plays with contrast: a lightweight upper level of angled timber and glass, recessed within a bold concrete shell, creates a dynamic form that feels sculptural yet practical—shielding the interiors from the western sun while offering layers of privacy. The solidity of stone and concrete is softened by finely detailed timber, bringing warmth and texture throughout.
