Our Floor Plan Revision & Extension Drafting Service for homes up to 400sqm is designed to improve and refine your existing layout while integrating small-scale extension concepts tailored to your lifestyle, budget, functionality, and site requirements. Through thoughtful architectural planning, we help optimise layout flow, maximise usable space, improve natural light, and enhance the overall liveability of your home. As part of the service, you will receive professionally revised floor plans with dimensions, including extension drafting concepts and practical architectural design advice tailored to your project goals. *This service does not include the addition of a new storey. How Your Floor Plan Revision & Extension Drafting Works 1. Booking Confirmation & Initial Consultation Once booked, our team will contact you via email to confirm your service and request your current floor plans and project brief. We will also arrange a 30-minute Microsoft Teams meeting with our architect to discuss your goals, ideas, and extension requirements. 2. Revision & Extension Drafting Process Over the following 4–6 weeks, our team will revise your existing floor plan and develop extension drafting solutions to improve layout flow, space planning, functionality, and overall liveability. Once completed, you will receive your updated floor plans with dimensions in PDF format for review. You will then be asked to provide feedback via email within 3 days, allowing your architect to review your comments prior to the scheduled meeting. 3. Design Presentation & Feedback Your revised floor plan and extension design will be presented during a 1-hour Microsoft Teams meeting, where we will explain the design in detail and discuss any feedback or refinement requests. 4. Final Floor Plan Delivery Within 1 week of your feedback meeting, we will issue your final revised floor plan package with dimensions in PDF format via email.
