Our Floor Plan Revision Service for homes up to 400sqm is designed to improve and refine your existing layout to better suit your lifestyle, functionality, budget, and site requirements. Through thoughtful architectural planning, we help optimise layout flow, maximise usable space, improve natural light, increase storage, and enhance the overall liveability of your home. As part of the service, you will receive professionally revised floor plans with dimensions, tailored to your project goals and supported by practical architectural design advice. How Your Floor Plan Revision Works 1. Booking Confirmation & Initial Consultation Once booked, our team will contact you via email to confirm your service and request your current floor plans and project brief. We will also arrange a 30-minute Microsoft Teams meeting with our architect to discuss your goals, ideas, and functionality requirements. 2. Floor Plan Revision Process Over the following 3–4 weeks, our team will revise and refine your existing floor plan to improve layout flow, space planning, functionality, and overall liveability. Once completed, you will receive your revised floor plan with dimensions in PDF format for review. You will then be asked to provide feedback via email within 3 days, allowing your architect to review your comments prior to the scheduled meeting. 3. Design Presentation & Feedback Your revised floor plan will be presented during a 1-hour Microsoft Teams meeting, where we will explain the design in detail and discuss any feedback or refinement requests. 4. Final Floor Plan Delivery Within 1 week of your feedback meeting, we will issue your final revised floor plan package with dimensions in PDF format via email.
